people left reviews that the staff are horrible, although they should be able to be at all professional all times they are still human. They're only as respectful sometimes as they are being disrespected. some of the people on the other end are very abusive, but it's a tough call. what's important is that the doctor is nice, professional, and on point with diagnosis. The building and parking is nice but the inside could use work like their carpet and chairs. there is a TV but we could use some news while waiting

Recently I was looking for a new primary care physician for my family. I tried Dr. Gs office and could not handle the long wait times, even when I had an appointment. I found the most amazing nurse practionar, Heather Lomax.
She is new to Dr. Platts office (across from WM police station). I was able to get an appointment right away. When I arrived I was seen at my appointment time. Heather Lomax was professional, kind, compassionate and took her time with me. I was in and out in half an hour. I highly recommend her.

My family has been seeing Dr. Platt for 30 yrs.now. He is the kind of doctor who listens to everything you have to say, he is never in a rush to get you out . Now that my child is 18 I will be bringing him also.I have never had a problem with the staff in any way. Love that all my blood work is done at this office no running to another lab. I He is not only my family doctor but also my heart doctor. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family with confidence.
