“Returned to store with a broken and unfixable frame. Craig was a pleasure to deal with as he informed me that I had purchased the warrantee and could get a new pair of glasses.
Also, my sunglasses are in the same frame and so he was able to place my clear lenses into the sunglasses frames so I could have seeing glasses while I wait for my new pair.

She was very nice and so funny. She made me feel very comfortable. On top of being such a good person, she was informative and suggested some great options when picking out my glasses.
