I went to nails xp today. I asked if I could do a pedicure and gel set. They assured me yes. No wait. I was in a time crunch.After finishing the pedicure, they informed me it would be atleast 30 minute wait. I informed them that is not what was agreed upon and I had somewhere to be. Unbeknownst to them, I speak Spanish. The lady told the guy in Spanish "if she doesn't want to wait. She can leave with just a pedicure".I paid for the pedicure and left.If you don't have time to do job, be honest. Don't mislead customers.

Nikki is terrible, today she hurt my nail by quickly removing the gel, she did a manicure that lasted 5 minutes. Lee is friendly as is the rest of the staff. With Nikki I don't go back.Services: Pedicure

i want to start off by saying they r very nice people . they have good services .. i got my nails done 09/04/22 by Analía & she did a rlly good job , she took her time , & helped another customer while her bosses were out ... i want to say thank u to Analía for doing my acrylics .... u did great Analía ! i would definitely go back to u .... read full review
