I would highly recommend Olivia for a facial. She greeted me with a warm and inviting smile and made me feel welcome. The skin assessment form had so many questions and I was having a hard time filling it out but she helped me with it with patience. After listening to my skin concerns, she recommended a couple of treatments. I really trusted her knowledge because she explained the treatments and answered all of my questions. During the facial she explained each step, she was very careful throughout the whole process and was very respectful.

I can't say enough about H&S in WLB! To begin, I have been going there for years receiving the best facials of my life from the esthetician Kim. The manager, Nicole, is always incredibly helpful with any questions I have had and the staff is always friendly and professional. I look forward to seeing Donna, Jasmine and Katie at the front desk, and the whole experience from start to finish at H&S is exactly what I am looking for when I go to a spa. Thank you all for what you do - it makes a difference.
I had a facial and as usual it was an incredible experience. From the minute you walk in and are greeted at reception, to the wonderful experience with your esthetician, you feel special and pampered.
