Would rate them less if I could. I have been with Dr. Lambert-Woolley since I was in my teens. Since they moved locations it has all gone down hill. My appointment every year has been rescheduled. I am currently on my third appointment being changed this year, and I have two medical issues that I am under their care for. I am now in the processing of finding a new doctor.

Dr. Lambert-Woolley is an amazing! She is brilliant and kind, making you feel comfortable and well taken care of! She was recommended to me by a friend, and I recommend her to everyone!

I've been to my share of doctors offices over the years. But this one is hands down the most mismanaged I have ever seen. Their billing department is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold over. Their voicemail even states, "Do not leave messages here as they will not be checked." Their front desk is unwilling to answer billing questions. You will spend weeks and hours calling in trying to get simple answers. Also, if you have qualcare, find another OB. They are unwilling to deal with the maternity paperwork that qualcare requires. They are also difficult when dealing with qualcare labs. Save yourself the frustration and hormonal meltdowns and find another doctor before it's too late to switch. Dealing with their office has been the only stress I've experienced during my pregnancy. Sure, the doctor is incredible and cares about her patients. But her office and staff will treat you miserably. It's not worth it.
