Had not run due to diagnosed possible torn meniscus. Started PT here and after a few weeks Christine Sonsini had me running on the treadmill.I stuck with the program for about 12 sessions with help from Christine, Paul and Bob I continued to make great progress running for longer on the treadmill and eventually running on my own at home. This past weekend I was able to complete the Broad Street 10 mile race without stopping and no pain or tightness. I am so grateful for the care I received because without it I would not be running again . THANK YOU!!!!
Erica, Bob, Mike, Paul and Liz! What a team. The atmosphere is so up beat. Made going to PT something I looked forward to. At same time very professional. They were very clear explaining the exercises that would help. So happy I chose this location.
My husband's care team consists of Liz, Justin, Mike, and Erika. They're very friendly, such a great environment and my husband get a great workout & encouraged to push himself beyond his own expectations.
