These guys do great work and are very accommodating. I had a tricky problem with a unique vehicle and css as me through at a very reasonable price. Raymond was easy to deal with and great at explaining what was wrong with my truck. 10 out of 10
On the 2nd of October I brought my car to the aamco in west caldwell due to my 2018 cts Cadillac having a jutter issue with the transmission, I took the car previously to dealer ship where they recently replaced my engine which took 4 months. They sent me the car back telling me everything was fine and it would perform like new, however that was not the case I was experiencing a lot of difficulties with my transmission and other parts of the car. They did not inform me of any issues yet they charged me an insane amount for the job. I brought in my 2000 Buick LeSabre for oil leaks. Greg explained to me in a way I could understand what causes this to happen to a car. Greg explained with the number of seals and gaskets located around the engine bay, oil can leak from almost anywhere. Greg called me within the hour and told me to come see the car and that he will explain in detail what they will do and how long it will take to fix it. Greg showed me where the leaks were. He gave me options. That helped make my mind up if I wanted to fix it or not. Car is fixed and has no more leaks!
