My expectations were met. I'm old enough to remember when service was good straightforward and honest. When people talked to you and gave you options. This is that type of company. I had them come out to work on my HVAC system. When everyone else said I had only one option to replace. They said they could repair my unit. That's exactly what I did. It ran beautifully all summer.

Recently had Filan and Conner come out to fix some faulty gas lines. They were easy to deal with and have fair pricing. The technician Buck who completed the job was fantastic. He was professional and courteous. He treated my home as if it was his own. He also easily explained the work needed to be done in a way I could understand. After the work was completed, he walked me through the repairs he made, they were extremely thorough. I couldn't recommend this company enough!

We have been using Filan & Conner for plumbing services at the recommendation of our former plumber, who retired. They have always done a thorough job and are fair priced. Each time we've had different member of their plumbing staff but they've all been really good, skilled, and friendly. Will continue to use them for as long as we can.
