This company is a pleasure to work with. They are prompt, concerned and exceptionally careful in their work. Recently, I had AC splits installed in an old home. They were dedicated to not making a mess, to insuring maximum efficiency and completely a very difficult job despite many obstacles. I would encourage anyone looking or a good company to contact Lous.
I can’t say enough good things about this company and the exceptional service they provided. I originally had reached out to Comfortworks for the installation of a Mitsubishi mini split unit for my home office. Lou responded almost immediately and was out the same day for a consultation. I was pleased with the pricing and Lou was a pleasure to work with. The crew was great too. Very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, soon after I found I was in need of Comfortworks services again, after my main A/C unit kicked the bucket. Lou was right on top of everything. Lou was a pleasure to work with! Our AC unit stopped working and we were going away on vacation that same day. Lou was kind enough to come help us quickly and efficiently to fix our AC and allow us to go on our vacation on time!
