First time CBM customer. I called around to the usual familiar Marlton and Medford HVAC contractors to address our failed AC condenser fan and was underwhelmed with their “Get in line buddy, we’ll get to you when we can” attitudes. This is chilly May, not sweltering August, so I looked for a business in nearby West Berlin. I totally lucked out calling CBM. Office manager Else picked up the phone personally and cheerfully offered to send someone out the same afternoon. Next day worked better for us. Carl and the guys at CBM are the best. I got a great estimate and they came quick to do the work. Once they got here they were polite and efficient and got the work done right and quickly. I’m so happy I chose CBM Heating and Air. I think you all should too!
