So I met the staff at community events. They were fun, nice. Looked up credentials, all good. I went pre-op, lady at desk was very nice and helpful. I was able to get everything set up pre op, including my first appt. Just set up my next 2weeks of appointments. Place is accessible, clean, lol of positive energy. I have been in PT couple times in my 64 years, this is tied with best first impression and hands down wins best staff so far.
