The handyman never showed and didn't call either. You deal with an offshore call center and half the time they hang up immediately. When I did talk to someone they confirmed my appointment but said they were unable to reach the handyman. I tried twice then gave up.
Made an appointment for them to come out. Then I had to call to verify the appointment with them only to be told that the only person who was able to do couldnt do it but they would try to outsource it and the price could go up. Will never recommend them to anyone. Totally unprofeesional
I really appreciate the efforts the handyman who was sent by O & G Handyman Wenonah to us. He was also very prompt and skilful. I am definitely giving them a perfect rating for making me a satisfied customer.
