I have been a customer of VIP Cleaners for almost 10 years, and have only experienced the most professional and caring customer service. The owner Michael and his wife Grace, who assists with alterations, are top notch at what they do. Michael is wonderfully detail-oriented, and is consistently committed to delivering the best outcomes for my clothes. In nearly 10 years time, I have never experienced a missing or damaged clothing item with VIP Cleaners, which says a lot about how much they value their customers. Michael is always respectful, customer oriented, and coming here is great! It's more expensive than the cleaners on Kennedy and 22nd (or 21st?), but this place is SO worth it. No complaints!
