Bob did a wonderful job taking his time explaining everything he saw while he was inspecting and evaluating our soon to be home. Our realtors were so impressed they are starting to recommend him. Post inspection his follow up with returning test results and answering other questions was wonderful. I highly recommend him!!

The report we received was so detailed and not only describes each and every issue but also provides you options and estimated costs for a solution.
