Amazing! Gerard excels in customer service and is so kind. We have started using harbor cleaners through a drop off/pick up service offered which makes pointing out stains difficult but they have always cleaned everything so well. Once, out of our many times, a silk shirt came back and the stain was still there - it was a tough stain. I called to see if there was anything they could to and Gerard insisted I send it back and they will keep working on it. He reached out to let us know they did what they could but it was still there (although less visible). He said they can continue to try but would risk ruining the fabric. I always use this laundry service regularly. He is friendly and honest about laundry prices. When there was an issue with the pricing, he kindly and promptly resolved it. He offers convenient pickup and drop-off services, which I appreciate.

The service has made my life so much easier. I really appreciate the awesome customer service, too. Last minute we needed our clothes dry cleaned and Gerard was so so helpful! It was his day off and he offered to get it done! How nice! Amazing customer service :) The level of communication from Gerard is 100. This has been the easiest dry cleaning service. Love this place.
