This is the 3rd time our Heartworm med have caused us to return for the corrrect pills. I love the place, friendly and kind...but they just need to make sure they are giving out the correct medication. I have to read and check every time.
Have been going for years & feel Dr Confessore listens to what I have to say, answers questions fully & explains things well. She & her office staff r all very pleasant, gentle & caring & have always given each of my 3 dogs the best care.
Loved the Dr. He was very informative & even waived my office visit to get a heart worm blood test for my cat. I had no idea a heartworm test was needed as I have outdoor cats. Tik bites are not a concern for cats mosquito bites are... who knew!
