Buyer beware!!! I spent a small fortune replacing my central AC unit 3 years ago. The sub contractors they used were hacks, and had to return multiple times after the initial install. I was told At the time that I had a 10 year warranty, only to find 3 years later as I’m sitting sweating out a heat wave (because my 3 year old unit is blowing warm air) that the warranty was a lie. Now to make matters worse, they are making me wait 2 weeks for a service appointment!! Extremely disappointed and will never use Sears again. Zero stars all around.

The icemaker had stopped working. Service tech diagnosed the problem and ordered the defective part for replacement. It came a few days later but a tech wasn't available for a week. Replacement worked for a while then ceased working. AGAIN!!!

Needles to say no calls.
I followed up and was told they needed to get pictures but they couldn’t come until the 25th of Jan. Pictures are taken by the same tech and was told that they would call... read full review
