I took my boyfriend to the hospital for back pain they sat him in the hall way for 4 hrs staff and nurses ignored us... No one came to see him until 5 hrs later the nurses where rued and he was crying from the pain. This is disgusting. We ask the mail nurse if someone was coming to help and he continued to walk away

They are horrible from beginning to end...Walk in to register and workers are discussing work matters amongst themselves instead of asking how may I assist you. Checking vitals was ok experience; Finally get a bed and the wait was horrendous; blood work taken, left behind packaging and loose items left behind. The bathroom is DISGUSTING but they want patients to give urine specimen. The wait was INSANE!!!!! After 5 hours blood work, urine and Cat Scan still not completed!! Overall experience HORRIBLE!! It's close to where I live but I rather take the drive elsewhere. This hospital has gone down gravely!! YALL NEED TO DO BETTER!!!!!!

I had an xray and Ct-Scan done in May while in their ER. An older gentlemen did the xray and was so quick ('Speedy Gonzalez"). I was in and out. For the CT scan the woman was so friendly, knowledeage and engaging. Thank you both for your professional services and great customer service!
