Paul is extremely an honest and professional man. He came to my home and spent time explaining possible causes of why my AC system wasn't working. After an hour he found the cause and AC worked ! He will be my AC professional to work on my HVAC system from now on.
This guy and I use the word guy very loosely, he was very unprofessional, very rude, and very impatient like he didn’t want to fulfill his job like I was bothering him or interrupting his day. I am Appalled because this is your job and you should be more professional and if you didn’t want to work today then you shouldn’t have come to work if you were having a bad day. I wouldn’t recommend this guys to anyone needing a service it is in the middle of the winter and I have no heat because he was very unprofessional and miserable. Horrible worker that work here. This guy came so I can finally get heat in this cold winter and he was very impatient and invaded in my privacy. He left without even saying anything. I wouldn’t your time getting help from people who don’t want to do their job.
