I was really impressed with the coaches.. They challenged my son and showed him being "big"means nothing.. You have to teach the "body" and "Brain" to be an elite player.. We will continue our 2 1/2 hr drive to train at pro edge..

Coach Sheed is the best... he’s all about the betterment of young athletes and he takes pride in what he does... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.....

Went for the first time yesterday for a Hardcore class ... I had a great experience... Sameeh trained me. He took his time with me but still pushed me. I felt comfortable and definitely was feeling the burn by the time I left! I’ll be back for the Hardcore class every Saturday...
