I've been coming here for around 3 years now. They took wonderful care of my dog when she was alive, and when I had to let her go a couple months ago I couldn't have asked a more warm comforting environment. I just started talking my new pup there.
My husband and I have been going here for over 5 years and we highly recommend! Dr Dodson and the staff are great! Our dog Bo is a pain and feisty but Dr Dodson and the staff are great with handling his stubbornness. There was a misunderstanding recently but the situation was taken care of quickly and we couldn't be happier! Staff is always friendly, they respond quickly when our pet insurance needs more information once we file a claim and they have great hours!
Took my Lola there because she was in pain and I couldn't figure out what exactly was hurting her. It was our first time there as we had to switch doctor's and found Packanack Animal Hospital and had the greatest experience. Lola is never fond of going to the doctor's office but Stephanie, Senior Vet Tech, greeted us and was so incredibly gentle and kind with her. She knew she was an older baby and treated her as gently as could be. Saw Dr. Yim, who gave her a thorough exam and was very detailed with her explanation of what was going on with Lola.
