I just want to say that the groomer at Loyal Pups on Black Oakridge Road is absolutely amazing. She’s compassionate, detail-oriented, and truly understands how to handle my fur babies, especially when they’re anxious. She combines professionalism with genuine care, and I wouldn’t trust my dogs with anyone else. I’m so grateful to have found her facility, because my dogs are calmer and happier, and I absolutely love her for it.

Sandra at my loyal pups is perhaps the best groomer I have ever had. She is so good with my Rottweiler. I recommend her to everyone and they are all so happy the way she grooms their dogs
