Everyone working there was nice, helpful, attentive, but most importantly they were very professional. They were all very thorough in explaining everything and knew what they were doing. I really liked the fact that there is a screen in front of you where you are able to see what they are doing while they are filling it out and filing your taxes. You can also confirm if the information entered was correct. Mr. Patawaran was very nice and easy to speak with, and very professional with a sense of humor.
