Incredibly bad customer service. My daughter dropped off a pair of slacks on a Friday for dry cleaning. Told her they had limited weekend service, she needed to be there between 2-4pm to pick them up on Saturday. She left the house at 2:50pm to pick up. At around 3:00, she received text that they had to close early at 3:00. She pulled over and tried to call, hoping she could ask them to wait just a minute or two for her to get there. There was no answer. She got there about 3:02 and doors were locked. Absolutely atrocious communication and customer service. I made an appointment days in advance to have the seamstress alter my dress. I show up, and I was told she left an hour ago. So the man at the counter offered to take the measurements for me and pin the dress. After I get changed, he told me I needed to come back to have her check before she could do the work. So what was the point of that? She’s only there 10-2 and I work. I told him I would try and come back and he insisted on keeping the dress. I said I would prefer to take it with me. I would give zero stars if I could. Beware of Bon Organic Cleaners in Preakness shopping center in Wayne. When I picked up my dress (worn once) they had the stain faced away from me. Grabbed my clothes and didn’t notice it until I took it out of my car at home. Went back and they said it wasn’t like that when they gave it to me. It’s freshly wet coffee. I don’t even drink coffee. They said if I have a problem then take them to court. That was their only solution. $200 dress ruined!!!!
