I’ve been a member for years and have never had a bad service. The staff are professional and pleasant and always try to accommodate any special requests or scheduling conflicts that may crop up. While all of the stylists are great, Shakira and Jane always go above and beyond.
I was sad when my lash expert moved out of NJ. She did leave a map to give to another stylist. I tried 2 before finding Jane. And what a find! She tweaked what I had been doing and improved what I already thought was a perfect style. She is kind and patient. Always educating me on a product or what procedures I should follow at home. The best expertise and service.
I have been coming to this studio for almost 4 years. I couldn't recommend it more! The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. The studio is METICULOUSLY clean! I always leave thrilled with the outcome, and rebooking is easy, and flexible. I couldn't recommend more!
