“I have no complaints. Comfort is very professional. Appointment was at 1:15, we started at 1:30pm and finished shortly after the time listed. That is amazing service. My hair came out super cute. The fact that she does everything is great because I can refer family. It’s far from my house but worth the commute. The shop is clean. And there’s none of those IG hairstyling rules. Also there’s parking. To me it’s perfect.

“Beth, Julie, Cierra, Denise, and Katie make up the staff at this wonderful, cozy, beautiful hair salon in the town of Westfield. Beth is my main hair stylist but I have used Julie as well. Both are fabulous and besides cutting and coloring, the blowouts are excellent. They listen and advise. Everyone who works here is so super nice and the place is low key. The products they use are for sale as well. Prices are decent and appointments are not too terribly hard to get. I always suggest making them ahead of time.“

“If you're looking for a great place for hair with fantastic humans, this is it.

I came here for a color-correction after another local salon had ruined my natural hair during a simple highlights appointment. Theo at Beige & Blanc was recommended to fix this. After sending a plea for help via message, the owners were in touch the next morning. Theo fit me in at short notice because I had an important event the next day.

The transformation was beyond what I had hoped for: she provided an honest assessment of the damage and was able to remove the gray tinge that had been applied throughout my hair (the previous salon had over-bleached, then applied several colors without my knowledge). Underneath the gray, she discovered blocks of bleached and colored hair: using her knowledge and creative skills, she transformed these into natural-looking hair again.

“I showed up right before opening hoping to get a hair trim. Becky, had a busy day, but she squeezed me in ( no wash, no dry, just clean the ends), right at opening. It took 10 mins maybe!! I'm on disability and cannot keep appointments at times, so I try for walkins. It's very hard to even get to the salon! Becky may not have realized how important it was that she agreed to the trim, because getting back in could take weeks, due to disability! They didn't know they were helping me so much! Thank you Becky!! No one's appointment was affected by her doing it for me!“
