Dr Richard Eisenberg and his front desk staff are very knowledgeable and friendly! I have been his patient for over 10 years. He provides excellent care, is very responsive to any questions I may have and addresses all my concerns. I highly recommend this practice. Friendly - polite and prompt! Not too many offices are like this anymore. Also followed up with me on all my results!! Thank you!

Dr. Eisenberg is a good doctor himself, but the receptionists are extremely rude and snarky. Trying to call and ask a question or book an appointment has always been a horrible experience for the years I’ve been there, but I go because I’m going for the doctor not the staff.

I'm not one to write reviews but for this I had too. Dr. Eisenberg is great, but his front desk staff is not. They ALWAYS are miserable, rude, and cut you off when you speak. I feel like they always try to end the phone call as quickly as possible. They are definitely not polite and I do not think they represent the office well.
