Needed minor repair to exterior deck. Larger contractor gave very high quote because it wasn't worth their time otherwise. Tom was responsive, gave reasonable quote, did a great job and finished the job quickly. Based on my experience, would highly recommend Landyman for smaller to mid-sized projects that larger contractors won't touch or will overcharge.Service: General repairs
