Lenny came and quickly solved the problem by installing a new controller for the zone valve. Lenny was polite, courteous and new his craft. We are now back to taking hot showers! “My AC just shut off and it was so hot and so humid. Tim checked it out and noticed it was shut off. I thought I must be losing it because I knew I didn't shut it off and I live alone.... He didn't charge me and wouldn't take any money. I later found out my daughter did shut it off because it was cold when it was raining Sunday and I did say shut it off. I thought she just adjusted the temperature so it shut off on it's own. Live and learn. Haha Don't blame the old people. I still can't believe she just shut it off! “I moved into the area in November of 2011 and shopped around for a home heating oil supplier. Many were all owned by Petro (under different names of course). I figured I'd call them and after spending 20 minutes on hold, gave up. I called North Jersey Energy the following day and could not have been happier. There service is friendly and professional as well as speedy. The owner even came out on the first delivery to meet me. And if you can find a more pleasant office staff around I'd be impressed. They must be the cheeriest and nicest people to deal with! I highly recommend NJE.“
