I was very pleased with the support I received from my Real Estate Agent Matt Saparito and his team at KW. I wasn't sure if I was ready to sell my home. But his analysis convinced me the timing was right, we developed a sales plan. Everything went according to plan - receiving 5 offers the after the first open house and closed a month later. Matt and the team was very supportive throughout the process preparing the house for sale, preparing the sales materials and assisting in advising on the offers received in a fair and objective manner. Highly recommended!
