I recently had my roof replaced by The Great American Roofing Company, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. I first heard about them through my neighbor who had a great experience, and I’m glad I took their recommendation.
Colin, the owner, was incredibly professional and attentive throughout the entire process. When I called to get an estimate, he responded promptly and came over quickly to assess the roof. He pointed out key issues with my old roof that other contractors didn’t even mention, which gave me confidence in his expertise. Not only did they do an excellent job, but their pricing was also very competitive.
We are extremely satisfied with The Great American Roofing company from the beginning of our first contact until the completion of our roof. Ryan the operations manager was very personable, and knowledgeable, and spent a lengthy amount of time explaining the entire process including the estimate. After we decided to hire them we worked with Andrea the office manager to schedule our installation of our new roof. Unfortunately, we had constant rain for weeks which set us back a bit. But she went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule as quickly as possible. On the day of the installation Stephen the head foreman showed up early.
