Colin McManus was very informative and helpful with a complicated insurance issue on my roof replacement. He helped me decide on the roof that would best complement my house, explained the pros and cons of different manufacturers, provided contact info for references and provided me with addresses of recent jobs that used the manufacturers and specific colors of the shingles I was considering so that I could compare the look of the finished product. The actual work was completed in one long day and the cleanup was excellent. He had the best price and there were no surprise extras. The experience could not have been better--definitely a 5 out of 5. Other roofers I contacted were the total opposite, gave me false stories about color availability, gave me samples that were not from the company they quoted on, changed their story when I asked specific questions about differences between manufacturers and what specific materials they would using in addition to the shingles, and in general talked down to me and tried to snow me.
