BEWARE!! After emailing the company to not come and do a final clean up of our leaves I come home to find that the workers were at the house and had blown all the leaves into the street. I called the office immediately and explained that I had emailed them three days earlier to not come. Karla apologized and said that she would call the workers to let them know they were not supposed to do a clean up. HOWEVER they left all of the leaves in the street! We immediately called back and told them they needed to pick up the leaves. She agreed but no one came back. I called again and no one came. After a day my wife called and spoke with Mr.Rojas who was incredibly rude. He refused to take care of THEIR mistake and left all of the leaves in the street for us to pick up. When my wife tried to explain that they were in the wrong he said that she "better get outside and start cleaning up" and then hung up on her. This is after years of being a customer and never missing a payment or ever making a single complaint. Mr. Rojas needs to learn customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone!
We agreed with this company for a variety of jobs related to a forthcoming sale of the house. These jobs covered landscaping, fence repair, minor drywall work (no painting), modest amount of electrical work, and some plumbing. The estimate was rather high in relation to the list of tasks, but we agreed mainly because of the inconvenience of dealing with several different service providers. The quality of the work was average to slightly below average. Our main problem related to punctuality and responsiveness. Appointments made were simply ignored on several occasions. Many of the repairs, e.g., the fence and the drywall, were pedestrian and demonstrated visible deficiencies. When the work was completed, the owner of the company (Mr. Rojas) agreed to do do the mowing of the lawn every 2 weeks for a fixed price until the sale materialized. Within a couple of weeks, he insisted that he could continue this arrangement only if the mowing was made more frequent (once weekly) for the same fixed price. Having paid him more than $5,000 for the bulk of the work, it was very disappointing that he would seek to blackmail me as soon as he found out that the house had been listed. I would certainly not recommend this company. It falls short in all 3 areas: price, quality of the work, and honesty. The only Yelp reviews I saw were clearly written by family members. Good luck to anybody who is prepared to take the risk.
