Edit: I previously complained a bad experience when the company did not respond in a timely manner to investigation/repair requests. That turned out to be a miscommunication problem. We have had good experience with them for more than a year, and they respond quickly to emails to answer questions or send someone over to investigate issues.

I first started using Focal Electric when I started my company 15 years ago. I had gotten bids from several other contractors that made it clear they would do anything they could to inflate what they charged me.George and his guys quoted a much better price and helped me find ways to cut costs. Then they did first-rate work. I've worked with them over a dozen times since then, and it's always been a good experience.
