From start to finish, the entire Distinctive Domain team told us what to expect next, delivered on promises, and in cases where there were delays caused by external factors, provided us full transparency. It felt like a full-service team from architecture to design to project management to delivery, with a personal touch throughout. Distinctive Domain is a dream team. We initially were looking at a lot DD had for sale. While that didn’t work out, we let DD know we loved their work and wanted them to build our home. DD stuck with us throughout the process of searching for another lot. Jim even went out of his way to check out a couple different lots we found.
The build/design process was flawless. It’s amazing to have a one stop shop that covers everything from finances, to architectural design, to construction, and interior/exterior design. Jim, Dan, Owen, and Pati were honest, organized, attentive to our tastes, and helpful providing guidance for each decision we had to make.
