Glenn's Pump & Well Repair

Called Glenns 3 weeks ago. Showed up and told me I needed a major repair. Left my well pump partially disassembled. He told he he would be back the following week. He doesn’t answer or return my calls. Haven’t heard from him since. I had used this company several times in the past 24 years. This must be Glenns son or grandson. Very flaky and unreliable. It’s a shame he’s ruining the reputation of the company. Save yourself a lot of aggravation. Call another’s well contractor.Service: Pump installation

When we first moved in our new house , we saw Glenn’s Well was the service company of the previous owner . We just wanted our well to be serviced per home inspector recommendation.So , we called them , left a message and never got a reply after a few days after . We made an appointment for service , and normally that was that .After reading someone’s comment about them mixing up the time or place , they did same thing only , couple more people from Glenn’s called saying they’re returning our phone calls when we already made the appointment. I called Glenns Well and Pump Repair to ask about coming to check why my pump was running continuously. He called me back and scheduled a time to come by. He came right on time and knew exactly what was wrong and gave an estimate for the repair. He called the next day and asked to come early. He came and did the repairs in record time and made sure everything was working. Very pleasant, on time, great work! Would recommend his company any time.
