I have been using Denise Terhune’s service for several years now. He is reliable, professional and very customer satisfaction oriented. I called him about a week ago on a Friday morning because my A/C stopped working in the middle of a heatwave. He came within an hour of my call, fixed the problem but a few hours after leaving it stopped working again. Denise came back as soon as I called him. He went over the entire unit and found another issue but said he would only charge for the part and nothing else. It started working again and by now it was Saturday morning and it stopped again. I had left a message on Dennis's answering service, on a weekend day, stating we had an AC emergency. Dennis called back, promptly.And, that may not sound like that big a deal, but, for some reason, NO mechanics and tradesmen call back, in pur area. I mean, as close to 0% as you can imagine. No idea why. So, that was a huge step.He stated a time he would be there, which he was. He helped us out, which was greatly appreciated. It was a pleasure meeting him.We have a tear down/rebuild planned, in Holiday Beach. Totally looking forward to working with him, again
