“Robert answered the phone himself when we called.We lost power Thanksgiving late at night, in the morning after basic troubleshooting it would not work. Black Friday morning we called random electricians. Mr. Leatham answered the phone himself, I briefly described the issue. He stated he was booked for the day, but asked my location.
