Albana is just wonderful. I'm always greeted with a smile. Albana does her very best to fit me in when I just can't do my hair due to physical limitations. She always does a beautiful job and my hairstyle lasts about 3 days! I'm so glad that a friend recommended her to me!
Absolutely love Albanas Salon. She did an amazing job with my hair cut, exactly how I wanted it. The people are super nice and welcoming. Salon is beautiful and clean. And the cost of my cut, blow dry and style was the cheapest I've ever paid. I will never go anywhere else. :)
I have lost count of the salons I've tried since moving to Pompton Lakes almost fifteen years ago. I am not a 'difficult' customer and am, as a matter of fact, very easygoing–I always let the beautician "do their thing" as to not cramp their style and let their creativity come out. Having short hair, all I really want is something easy to care for and not frumpy looking. It seems that that has been a tall order, and that most hair cutters have lost the art of layering (I guess 'chunky' is in but my hair doesn't do chunky). Anyway, I have FINALLY found a diamond in the heart of Haskell. I watched Albana doing other women's hair before it was my turn, and was relieved to see that she wasn't a 'one style for all' person. I watched her do all different styles, long and short, and each one was better than the next. Then it was my turn. This is the BEST haircut I have gotten in many years–Albana is a truly gifted, professional beautician, and her styles rival any 'upscale' salons any day of the week. Thank you, Albana!
