Jared was incredibly thorough and high quality. One of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been using BHB for decades and will continue to do so. Jared came to our apt. on Nov. 27 because of a water bug problem.Today, Dec. 15, Jonathan came. He was also one of the best service experiences I've ever had. He was exceptionally pleasant. He was also thorough, and was interested in what I wanted him to do since this was our 3rd service in 3 weeks. I've been using BHB for many decades and the technicians keep getting better.
