David reached out to me when I posted on Facebook that I may need someone to come out and make a car key for me because mine had broke and I couldn’t find the key half. He was extremely helpful in finding solutions for me. I also talked to Matt on the phone and met him in the store. Both men mentioned AAA to help set off the cost, which is awesome if it’s not something that would have come to mind while you’re there. Matt made sure that the new key worked for both my car and my glove box (which I’ve never tried to lock, but happy to know that I can now). Both provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend them for key services.
David was helpful, kind, informative and so great at what he does! He came and fixed my door immediately and I could not recommend him more than I do! Great job!
