Great plumber and HVAC company. They took excellent care of our home and we have used them on our rental properties as well. It’s a family business and they are all super helpful and considerate. Steve and his son Josh are great in the field and Emily is there in the office to take care of all of the paperwork and scheduling. I have been using their company for almost 7 years now and have always been happy.

Used to be good although they were always a bit overpriced. Lately Steve has become grumpy and rude. Recently we hired him to fix our water heater. They put on the wrong fitting twice causing a large leak and then finally Sete came back to fix it after multiple calls. He said that the 2 guys that came to fix it were new plumbers just came out of training. They are a small company so you really have to be lucky to get a professional plumber. Some of the guys are really not very good at it.Services: Drain cleaning

Steve Bouer has been the most incredible contractor replacing my furnace, air conditioner and plumbing over the years. I can't say enough how he just coordinated my bathroom renovation in a timely manner. I trust his knowledge and fair assessment with my old house.Services: Plumbing leak detection
