    I love going to Paramount Fitness to workout hard and get bigger and stronger with Mr. Rob!!! I usually do push-ups, planks, bench press, bench dips, back extensions, running outside, and cardio workouts with Mr. Rob. Mr. Rob is the best trainer to workout with at Paramount Fitness!!

    Rob is amazing. I started training with him my freshman year of high school. I used to be the slowest and weakest kid. Now I'm the complete opposite. He has taught me so much in regards to keeping the body healthy, the correct way to lift, and injury prevention methods/exercises. I use that knowledge everyday at the NCAA level now. If you wanna be great, train with paramount.
