So unprofessional! There were times they had to cancel, but didn't even give a call to let me know. When I called to find out where the crew was, the "office person" was very rude.That's no way to run a business!

Just wanted to come on and review Meticulous cleaning in case it's helpful for anyone else: After much time spent looking for a cleaning company that would satisfy my needs, I hired Meticulous cleaning after 2 phone calls. Although I just wanted a touch-up clean/help with floors, they insisted that their policy was a deep clean at every new customer's house to bring the entire house up to par and then maintain it more easily. While the $365 price was higher than I originally wanted to pay, I agreed after they told me "The list of things that are included in the deep clean are too many to list" (Silly me, for assuming this would mean a proper, deep clean.)the team of 3 showed up to my house and after a quick debriefing, I let them get to work. While they were cleaning my dining room, I was sitting on couch in adjacent living room and watched as they cleaned around the things on my countertops instead of removing everything on the counters, and then cleaning everything properly. An hour and 45 mins later, they told me they were done. After inspecting my whole house, both my bathrooms were left with areas of dust/debris which clearly looked like they weren't properly cleaned. I mentioned it to the team and one of them very casually whipped out a wet paper towel that she had used lord knows where else- and wiped down the surface I was referring to. It gave me " there you go, not a big deal" vibes and I was uncomfortable for even bringing it up.After they left, I called their customer service specialist and explained my dismay at the cleaning and she mentioned sending them back to touch up what they didn't clean.I already cleaned it after they left considering my house wasn't left in the condition I thought it would be left inWhy would I allow them back into my house when they would know I did not give them a good review/potentially got them reprimanded by their boss? That seems like I would be set up for failure.I asked for %50 off the price considering they did not deliver what was told would be. She insisted that company policy is to send them back to your house to re-clean what was left dirty but I refused and asked for a discount instead. She gave me 10% off which reduced my price by $36.Long story short: I DO NOT recommend Meticulous Cleaning serces for anyone looking for a cleaning company.

These girls always go above and beyond. Excellent service. Very happy customer. I've been using them for a few years. Never had a complaint. Take the time and care about what they're doing
