I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years since it opened and I have ignored the fact that the woman owner is rude, nasty , and condescending and waves you off and states that "you are too particular"! She charged four dollars to sew on a button, which I should have done myself. She did not even look at the other two buttons as courtesy for a long time, long paying customer. So done with her rudeness. Even her workers agreed she is nasty when I told them "I am no longer coming back here". They apologized for her rude behavior. Stop using this nasty owner. Too many other choices for dry cleaning to put up with owners who treat their customers poorly.

About three weeks ago I had brought in shirts and a dress which needed to be pressed. I have been bringing my shirts and pants to be done for over a year now without issue. I went to pick up the dress and shirts and the dress came back as if nothing had even been done except for putting plastic on it. I asked not to be billed for the dress and I took it to another cleaner to get the work done. The owner asked me if I wanted all my money back including what I was paying for my shirts. I said no as the shirts were not an issue just the dress. I left with everything thinking all was good. Last week I brought them a suit to be clean and pressed and picked it up without issue....read full review

I have been doing business at this cleaners for almost 15 years. The wife, Julie, one of the owners is one of the nicest individuals you could meet. Last minute requests for alterations or special needs for cleaning on short notice were always accommodated. Over the past month or so I have brought to her husband's attention that the quality of work on my clothes has slipped and my ability to get my shirts back with starch was hit and miss. Now to preface this, I go to this cleaners EVERY WEEK with an average bill in the summer of $25-30 and in the winter from $35-$40. I was told that the starch would only be effective on cotton and I explained that every shirt I own is cotton. Next, it was that the place that they send the shirts is the problem. I asked how we could overcome the problem and I was told ... "Maybe you should bring your clothes somewhere else" ... That response should tell you all you need to know about how this business is now being run..... Stay away until they get their business back on track....
