Throughout the entire process, Gary was patient, thorough, and took the time to educate me on every aspect of the inspection. Even after the initial inspection, he remained responsive, answering my questions long after the fact.
His expertise became particularly valuable during a final inspection just before closing when he detected a leak in the boiler room that had developed. His quick thinking and swift action to contain the situation, combined with his knowledge, ensured that the issue was addressed by the seller almost immediately.

Thanks to Jerry and Steve we have a working bathroom again!! We've had a stuck diverter for awhile and were too lazy to get it fixed until one day we noticed the leaking started happening on the top by the handle. We called Gen III and met Steve. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in this field and worked very quickly to fix everything. Unfortunately our house was older so the parts he had were not compatible. Thankfully there was Jerry to the rescue. He was quickly able to track down the part we needed and brought it to us so in the end our bathroom was fixed the same day. Thanks for going the extra mile. We are so happy to be able to fully utilize our tub again.

Exceptional service, quick, reliable, reasonably priced and great customer service, are words I would use to describe my experience with Bartlett Tree company. My husband called them to request the removal of two trees and the pruning of another tree. They came the next day, gave us a cost estimate and two days later the work was completed. I can’t recall the name of the person who assisted us. I can say, he was knowledgeable and honest. The entire process from start to finish was stress free and very fast. I would highly recommend them to family/friends. I also plan to use them again in the future.

Master Cha's Summit Martial Arts Tae Kwon Do is really great. My daughter (age 5) was very scared and nervous the first day she went---she did not even want to go inside. Through kindness, humor, and encouragement Master Cha was able to persuade her to try----and she quickly looked forward to class each week. I saw how other children, like my daughter, improved their listening skills, ability to follow direction, and confidence because of Master Cha.

This company is great, the owner is friendly, professional, attentive and hard working! I’ve tried several landscapers and specialist (big company and private owned) that promised to fix my lawn. My lawn is very hot with no trees in the front of my home so the grass dies by the middle of summer (even with extra watering). Outstanding decor, the owner is very cool and I have watched him build this business and expand. I used to get cut by Nick exclusively but he doesn't cut here anymore, though the barbers here take this seriously and I would consider world class. These are truly passionate professionals and treat the experience as such. A lot of places try and emulate this style but it's clear this place gets success from being genuine, the People cutting here care and are that good. Artists is what they are.
The Doctors and Staff have been amazing over the last few weeks for Judges treatments and the little scare afterwards. They have treated us with kindness, compassion they were responsive to our needs and accommodating ( Judge isn’t always the easiest he’s come a long way with you guys) while aiding in his recovery. I went to Victorian Nail & Spa after my usual nail salon messed up a gel manicure right before a trip. I was able to secure an appointment right away and Young worked so meticulously on my nails. They came out perfectly! Another lady, Madison, was very attentive and made sure I loved my nails after. Overall, such a lovely experience and even my husband noticed how much better my nails looked! Will definitely be back.

My favorite nail technician recently opened seasons nails I have been using Rani for over 10 years and I’m so happy she is now gotten her own beautiful modern salon. She’s a true artist and I constantly get comments on my beautiful nails. It’s a warm and friendly atmosphere, and they always make you feel special, especially when Rani puts a pillow behind me in the chair every time I go.

Tanner's is Finn's FAVORITE place to be when not at home!! He goes there for daycare and as soon as I turn onto Hopper Ave. he's so anxious to get there that he cry/barks until I get him out of the car at the facility The staff is always friendly, kind and very professional with both the animals and humans. I've had collies for 40 years and have always been very particular regarding their care. When I leave Finn at Tanner's I am confident that he is in the best hands possible (besides mine) and he will be safe and have a great day playing.
