Do not trust this company, they will lie and cheat at every opportunity in your dealings. You will spend more on the lawyer to clean up the mess than what you pay them. They layer their business so you can't get things done without going through multiple layers of "management" and even then they give you the run around.

I used to like them, now I hate them.Completely unreliable, I was stood up twice on days off for service appointments and they can’t seem to get parts for my Generac. I’ve been trying for 4 months. They don’t answer the phone and I leave voice mails and they never call back.Now I’ll try to find to find someone else for my Generac service.

Despite multiple requests to be removed from the list and being told that I am not interested I am still receiving phone calls from this company and when they call they will not stop trying to sell to me no matter how much I tell them I am not interested, almost barring on harassment at this point.
