I keep getting robocalls from people claiming they are from Solar Solutions. I suspect they are not. If they really are from this place it should be zero stars and they should be reported to the FTC. If their name is being fraudulently used. The company needs to try to stop this fraud. I give them 3 stars only because I don't want to hurt their reputation if they are victims. I have no experience with them directly.
I had a Generac backup system installed at my house and the sales installation process were pain free and the installation was completed to time and budget. Unfortunately this is where things started to go down hill. I have bought this generator as a part of the infrastructure of my house and expect it to last a long time. This will be predicated upon warranties and subsequently good service. There are two minor issues with my Generac and despite several calls, neither have been addressed. Had Solar Solutions install my Generac several years ago and just needed to rely on it over the past 24 hours due to the Nor’easter Riley. Power was out for for 18 hours and this unit worked flawlessly. I’ve depended on this generator to be there at least a dozen times over the past few years since installation. One event lasting for 6 continuous days! One of the best investments ever!
