He was the only person who didn’t just try to sell us completely new gutters. He cleaned out our very clogged gutters and replaced our poorly installed guards from the previous owner. “Tim and his team did a great job replacing our entire roof as relatively new home owners (5 years in). I knew he was the right person to work with when he came out to complete our quote. He fixed a small issue for us without even charging for it or having our agreement for his quote (very fair and competitive) in writing. They took care of our covered patio area and matched the wood ceiling where our old skylights were removed. Changed parts of our roof with rotted plywood and added flashing that was never there from before. Any issues were addressed promptly and they finished the job in 1 day. We have two dogs and there was no nails or scraps left over. I would recommend Tim to work with for someone looking for a local honest company with years of experience.“

“I've used Duane Mainardi to install a roof, gutters, and capping at my stepson's townhome in Marlton. At my home in Medford, Kyle and Ricky recently repaired a complicated section of rotted shingles, corner boards and fascia that required removal of gutters and downspouts and fine carpentry. “Advantage Roofing did an excellent job replacing an old original garage roof & side door overhang roof. The majority of the crown moulding fascia boards on the garage were rotted and would have been too costly to replace with the same. So it was replaced with flat fascia boards. Once the gutters were installed they have the appearance of the old crown moulding fascia boards that had to be removed... absolutely love it! They did an expert job installing the new 50yr shingles and they cleaned up so well you wouldn't have known they were there! I wish I had known of this company 3yrs ago when I had my house roof done!“
