BAYADA Nursing

To start, we've been with this office since our son was discharged from the hospital, 2.5 years ago. He is trach and vent dependent. Right from the start we had issues with inadequate nursing. Including but not limited to, an "experienced" nurse nearly killing our son because she wasn't familiar with his equipment but evidently too proud to ask for help (thankfully we have CAMERAS in our home and I was able to catch this happening, otherwise I probably would have never known until it was too late); nurses falling asleep, nurses letting our son fall off a chair onto a fireplace hearth because she left him unattended, a nurse not knowing how to bag her... read full review
